Who we share information with

Data processors

Edtech-Solutions SAS (France) provides website management, technical support and operates our self-hosted Matomo Analytics platform on behalf of the UK company.

We use a self-hosted installation of Matomo Analytics as our audience measurement solution to understand how visitors use our website and improve our content, functionality and interactive scenarios.

Analytics data is used only for statistical analysis and service improvement. It is not used for advertising, marketing profiling, user targeting or personalised content.

Others we share statistical insights with

Statistical insights generated from scenarios will be shared with our subscribing charities, not-for-profit organisations, government bodies and professional organisations. These insights are provided only in aggregated and anonymised form and do not allow individual participants to be identified. The shared information is used to support education, research, awareness and the development of resources to help people recognise and avoid scams.

Sharing information outside the UK

Where necessary, our service providers may process personal data outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK data protection law.
