Parcel delivery scam

Scam awareness challenge.

Join Chloe in this short interactive challenge exploring how a “parcel delivery” scam works.

You’ll be asked what you would do in a real-life situation, and Chloe will guide you through the result of your decision, explaining how scammers design these offers to appear believable and why people respond the way they do.

This 2 minute challenge is designed to help you better understand the techniques, psychology, and strategies behind scams in a simple and interactive way.

(Don’t worry – when you play one of our scenarios, your data remains completely anonymous.)

If you receive a suspicious text message, phone call or email make sure you pause, think, then decide.

Scammers are clever - be confident and trust that warning voice in your head when something is not quite right.

PAUSE

Take a moment.

You don’t have to reply right away - or at all.

You can stop the conversation whenever you like.

THINK

If something feels “off,” listen to that feeling.

Your intuition is there to help you - trust it.

DECIDE

Ask yourself, does this seem real?

It’s never silly or embarrassing to double-check, everyone does it.

And if it doesn’t feel right, you can report it.
